Reminiscence Cafe

On April 3rd this year Hope Community launched its new Cafe of Reminiscence. A Café of Reminiscence is an opportunity for people to share stories and memories of the people they have loved and have died, in a welcoming environment over tea and cake. Activities also take place within these sessions. The Primary aim of the cafe is to strengthen cognitive memory components and to promote interpersonal development (communication and interaction with others). Sessions run monthly on Wednesdays.
